  1. Service Refunds:

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

    • Refunds for services rendered are granted at the discretion of management.

    • No refunds are issued for services already provided.

  2. Product Refunds:

    • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.

    • Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Refunds for returned products will be issued in the original form of payment.

    • No refunds or exchanges are offered on opened or used products, unless the product is defective.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
