She is an experienced consultant for salon owners, managers and stylists throughout the United States in business management, cutting systems, chemical services and hair health.

With over 25 years in the field of health and beauty, Karen has been a Certified Image Consultant, advice columnist, public speaker, image analyst, licensed cosmetologist, international platform artist, designer educator and an active community volunteer.
